Some Eragon and Arya love, I need to draw more of them.
Actually, I sketched this back in January and finally got around to colouring it now. Har har, master of procrastination am I. But in all honesty, I had to draw this before anything else I'm working on because that is what my artist mind wished to do. I absolutely cannot draw when I'm not up to it, or if it's something I don't want to draw.
But yea, some awkward waist holding action. I found it adorable, perhaps others will like it too! I can imagine Saphira snickering in the front. As for Saphira herself, I'm sorry, one day I will draw her as I see her in full body. Not just a head or some other part. The next Eragon picture I've got is her head...so it won't be that one I'm afraid.
I've got to say, I do like how this came out. I'm never really happy with my art most of the time. But Arya actually came out fine. I also tried some new hair techniques, it's more time consuming but it's good. I still have trouble using it for long hair, and Arya's would be a prime example.
Geez, my Eragon is getting plain and boring...but I'm trying to stick to the books... He doesn't have cool creative clothes in the books...Idc, I'm still going to draw him in my blue armor because it is fun.
Omg, It's awesome I love Your style Happy B-day By the way!

Awesome work man, and I think all your work is great. The only thing that I have to say is that Eragon may be a little pale. In the book he's a mix of a human and elf so he still keep's most of the bone structure of a human and I think about the same skin tone, but he looks more fairer like an elf (which in my opinion you do better than most). I believe it was said by either Oromis or Arya that he possess the best of both of the races apperances, or it just could have been said in a fanfiction I read, I can't really remember.
Yea, most of the lighting and colours are screwed up in this picture, due to the lighting of the sun I had to do. So everything isn't the colour it should be. But it's said in Eldest that he became pale after the transformation, and even seemed to emit a faint glow. But despite this I always colour him darker than Arya.
As for the elf-ness, I always draw elves, or fair people. I can't draw normal humans...this is probably a bad thing. lol

I'm hoping something will happen as well, it's annoying how long it's taking.
Yea, because I spent so much time growing up drawing humans, I can't draw dragons/wolves/horses/ other animals. I have no idea where to put joints, and the body structure, etc. If I had a reference I probably could, but I always draw straight from my head so I find those annoying...
People that can draw both are godly, and I am instantly jealous. And your dragons are awesome as well, so I'm jealous of you too.
