So here is the coloured doodle. It's simple, I know, but it's supposed to be. I sketched it in class while trying not to die from lack of coffee and 3 hour lecture. And because of this I wasn't able to reference myself for running posture. It would be most unusual if someone randomly got up and struck a pose in the middle of a movie about the Music Garden.
I don't care. This is how elves run, they run in leaping fashion...despite Eragon not being an elf...or human...Eragon is Eragon. Yes.
This would have been done sooner BUT I had other art to do for school and my photoshop froze and restarted. This forced me to re-do Eragon's legs and gauntlets +boots. And then continue on.
I need to create a colour pallet for Eragon so that his hair stays the same colour...It would be pointless to do so for the clothing because I am always changing that. BUT at least he always has brown hair and pointed ears, I like book Eragon thank you very much. I find blond Eragon annoying and it will usually make me dislike a picture even if it is stunning. It just shows the mark that the movie left...I mean it tells you like 5 pages into Eragon that he has dark hair.... >insert rant< AND before someone chews me alive if they notice, his eyes were actually brown before I did the magic effects, it's just the reflection from his magic.
This is most likely because I am a pre-movie fan. I read the books back in 2005 around the time Eldest came out and before I even knew about a movie.
I don't know WHY I did this. I opened my sketch book planning an Eragon/Arya picture and was trying to create a layout in my head before my brain died and this popped up.
Damn, I need that new world of Eragon book or whatever it's called because I want to know the real symbol for "Brisingr".
