Hey guys, we've got some Arya and Firnen here!

Also, I don't know if I've mentioned this before. But Arya is my favourite character from the cycle. Just a heads up.

Done for :iconeragonfanclub:'s contest.

Oh man, I haven't entered one of those contests....since 2007? That Eragon and Arya one.

But yea, an excuse to actually draw these two.

We've got some dragons and stuff in the background. I am never doing backgrounds again. So much work and layers. Also, yes the blue dragon (and tiny rider) is Saphira and Eragon.

But yea, imagine this a bit after Inheritance.

Firnen and Arya look a little melancholy, but there's a reason. I'm tired of everyone saying "how terrible Eragon has it to leave Alagaesia and never return while Arya gets to stay back."

But really, Arya and Firnen have the worst lot. We know that they totally wanted to go with Eragon and Saphira, but they have their duties. Arya and Firnen pretty much have to stay behind while the riders flourish in a land where they cannot live. So that's kinda sad.

But I think Arya is happy in a way. She's got Firnen, and she's needed someone forever. He's her constant companion.

I'm going to shut up, my mind is kinda dead right now. I'll explain it better in my fic or something.

I am almost obsessed with Eragon things, and you have done an amazing job with the art and story of the characters on here. I'm glad to find someone that has around the same passion as I about the books and characters. It seems like Inheritance books are a forgotten adventure that not many know about. Its sad cause it is such a good story despite any let downs with the last book. good work ^^
